When eating sushi in Yokohama, the master told me a really good Yakitori (grilled chicken) place had recently opened nearby, so at the first opportunity I went straight there. Since then, whenever I’m in the Kannai district, I go to ‘Saito’.

And crispy chicken skin and locked-in juiciness is superb and tastes like no other. There maybe pork on the menu as well, unusual for Kanto area. And finally, you must also have a bowl of ‘Zōsui’ (Japanese rice soup).
