Mikasa
Mikasa in Jimbocho.
One of the best places to eat in the city that specialises in ‘Yaki-soba’.
After they are ordered, the authentic handmade noodles are boiled and then fried.

Toppings of pickled ginger, Ten-kasu (Tempura pearls) and mustard mayonnaise are added without hesitation.

Beautiful …
Photogenic ‘good-looking’ Yaki-soba.

The taste of the soft and sticky noodles, wrapped together in sauce like Okonomiyaki, is quite strong and packs a punch.
Next time let’s try the taste of Yaki-soba fried in salt.
