Pallet

Dinner in Salt Lake City.
With the help of some checking on Yelp and Trip Advisor, I made a reservation at a restaurant called ‘Pallet’.
No, I made the right choice. Everything is perfect and All New American. Including staff tattoos (laugh).
Throat are wet with local beer, sharing 3 of the staff-recommended appetisers. The Burrata cheese was delicious. Vegetables also really tasty. Main course is separate. I have one dish that’s ‘ZABUTON’, Grilled Japanese ‘Wagyu’ beef. The small portion is delicious, and I also had dessert.
It was unexpectedly reasonable and really good here. It was also good that it was not that crowded.
