Soba Combo Watanabe

After the lingering sound of eating well in ‘Abechan’ I left wanting to eat something else.
Ramen shop ‘Ippudo’ to eat soba came to mind.​ ​Toronomon‘s own ‘Minotoya’ inspired tsuki-soba.
​ ​Here, the evening offers small side dish of soba prepared to have while drinking beer and wine, and though a good place to go, this was just a business lunch. Come to think of it, I’ve not been back recently.
​ ​I like eating ‘Motsu-soba’ stewed in bonito dashi soup, topped with pakuchi coriander, which I put in first to give it a warm flavour, and then add more soda soup.
I must go more often, if just for lunch.
