Arashiyama Kichiro
I love it here in many ways even though I can only go about once a year. When I go to a restaurant like this I push myself and really learn a lot as well. Would you call it ‘minimalist’?
If I came here when younger, I’m sure I would not of appreciated how good it is. I can saying almost anything, but the timing of each dish here is important.
