Despite hesitating over an array of delicious dishes, I started with salad.​ ​
Good for beer and the right kind of salad for Yakitori (grilled meat)

That day I was in the mood for Motsu-yori-niku (grilled intestines) yet decided to leave the choice upto them.
First Negima (grilled leak) then a juicy chicken thigh, grilled cooked.

Next up was Tsukune (meatball) was satisfying.​ ​
I’m basically a ‘tare’ sauce-pro and didn’t enjoy the grilled meat with salt that followed. Luckily they came separately.

Afterwards, a masterpiece …​ ​

I found some Kinshinsai in the display case, which is grilled immediately.
Tastes wonderful!
Finally, soup is followed by Sake.
