Muan Thai Nabe

When I was in Jimbōchō on business I tried dropping by at midday since Curry Senseihad been saying this was really good (laugh) at the the last meal before finishing.
A typical Thai dish, you can choose from all kinds of ingredients and noodles without soup.
Sensei recommends the seafood noodles without soup. The choice I had was indeed superfine and the right choice I think. Soon after, so-called ‘bīfun’ (also known as rice vermicelli) noodles came out. Stir over and over again, then eat. They have slight sour taste. I wonder if the MSG feels a bit stronger? I can easily go for this local feeling.
And these medium fine noodles are Sensei favourite and couldn’t help but go back for more.
