AirTags are plain yet amazing

Although it is AirTag, its functions and services are simple but sober. AirTag itself doesn't throw its location directly into the network, but any iOS device that senses a BT signal in close proximity through end-to-end encrypted communication anonymously shares location information with the "find" network. The history of location information is not recorded in AirTag itself, and since the current location of only your AirTag is known, that information does not remain in Apple or other people's iOS devices.
Future updated iOS iPhones, whether they have AirTag or not, will share that information with the "find" network when they detect AirTag. In other words, it's a watching network where everyone's iPhone finds and shares AirTags around it. If you don't use it yourself, you'll feel like you've lost something.
