There is the well-known store that sells ‘Kama-age’ Udon called “Nagata”. It was started independently by people that worked in the restaurant “Nagata-in-Kanoka” Saying nothing of goodwill, why would using the name “Nagata” have created such a fuss, because it doesn’t. Yet, there is no changing the fact that it is the name's rightful heir. The rich tasting soup lives up to expectation. Yet when it tastes this good I think there's no need to rely so heavily on a shop sign ever again,​ ​
