Great ginkgo

Nagoya junior team year-end party.
Always ideal for a large number of people this time we go to ‘Aji-sen’ and deliberately request barbecued chicken, a restaurant famous for Taiwanese ramen, unavailable in Taiwan itself. In the end we made a reservation at ‘ Great ginkgo’ instead.
It tastes similar to the famous ‘Kinboshi’ in Nagoya. Skewers of seasoned lamb. Anchovies on quail egg—half-point! Other standard cooking is also delicious as expected: the flavour of a place that’s both local and well-loved. Of course. It was quite hard to make a reservation that day. When I got there, they had already stopped selling some items.
Well, I hope smoking areas are separate considering the effort to make such delicious food.
Sadly not. Oh well, not to worry. The barbecued chicken is really good!
