Last summer’s most topical restaurant was ‘Chicken Kitchen’, right in the eye-of-the-storm (is that the right expression?) of Tokyo’s gourmet community.
Then one day, it was suddenly asked to reviveBeef Kitchenin a limited fashion.
I was so impressed the last time we went there together, Taiki returning home.
Delicious as usual. Chicken skin and peel is exquisite. I sincerely want you to eat like this when your eating somewhere smaller.
Also, if I have the opportunity I want to share a meal there again …
