Patek’s ‘World Time’ model has been updated from Ref.5130 to Ref.5230. The overall mood has followed across but the case, hands, and dial design have all changed dramatically.

A World Time chronograph Ref.5930 is an additional model. The design itself is not bad, but the constraint of being blue seems unnecessary. Apart from that, it also seems as if it received an additional layer of design.

But if we’re talking about World Time, since the small case shape was attractive, surely the design could do with a being a little more up-to-date? Personally I prefer something more like Ref.5110.
