Yakiniku-shio

If you want a fashionable event to be a success, its best to have a wall of thank-you’s on arrival.
Since there was no address, I stopped nearby for quick bite to eat at a newly-made Yakiniku restaurant, and tried the duck … incidentally, it was my friend’s place (laugh)
That reminds me, I received info on the store opening.
Well, surprisingly (a bit rude, I apologise) it was rather delicious.
I liked the cheaper cuts of meat more than good quality.
Like ‘kappa’ and ‘kiriotoshi’ (cheap cuts of meat) at Osaka’s ‘Itamae-Yakinikuitto’, and Komazawa’s"Komazawa "Shibaura",but only with ‘megane’ (fatty, marbled) meat.
This pot of pickled off-cuts is excellent, containing various pieces of meat all aged differently and again tasty. I knew I would go for this.
My friend recommended I try the lean steak.
Place carefully around the grill, the meat is wrapped in tin foil and left to cook through the residual heat. The taste of this flavourful red meat has become something of a habit. The price is also reasonable. Smoked in salt works well too.

I am really happy about my friends delicious restaurant. I will try and come back now and then.
