‘Chihana’ sells soba at night in Noge.
During the day time it is a Kamakura-style Soba restaurant. And at night, it is Yokohama’s Noge.
Of course both daytime food and drink are delicious.
I have a beer with ‘Age-dashi Goma Dofu' (fried sesame tofu) and Kamakura vegetable pickles.
The Katsu (pork cutlet) is exquisite but it wasn't on the menu today.
'Dashi-Maki Tamago'(Omelette made with Dashi soup stock) is also a must-have.
Of course the final dish is Soba.
I have'Karami Daikon' (hot radish) Soba.Adding Soba to the soup, a little at a time, the'Kake-Soba'(hot soup soba)
is delicate and full of taste.
That reminds there seems to be a Soba street stall that has opened nearby Node and close to this place, Chihana.
I would happily eat here.
Reservation are required, and this is really popular at the weekend where you can waiting for anything unto 3 hours, but it goes quickly and definitely worth the wait.
Also around the Yoshida area, Noge has also become second-to-none recently.
