Needless to say, this is a popular restaurant in Hakata for bit-sized ‘Gyoza’ (dumplings).

It is full of people out drinking late at night in Nakasu, Fukuoka’s red-light district. Even if you are stuffed, you should use all your strength to finish eating, as the taste of gyoza will continue to stay with you forever.

The appetiser of ‘motsu-nabe’ is also amazing.

And the omelette of liver and chives … it is my favourite.

I would come here every day if it were in my neighbourhood, I really would.
