Healthy and high-quality vegan gelato "TUTTO" debuts

Coffee roaster Daisuke Haga, who works on Kiyosumi Shirakawa's roast sweets cafe "POSH" and gluten-free cheesecake "HOC", will start a new vegan gelato brand "TUTTO" this summer. Teaming up with ViTO, a popular gelato from Fukuoka that has 23 stores in Japan and overseas, you can enjoy a special gelato made only with almond milk and carefully selected ingredients, without using any milk, eggs, or white sugar.

The brand name means "all, all" in Italian. Based on the concept of ``enjoying ``all'' people beyond generations and food orientations, skilled gelato meisters make handmade gelato using traditional Italian recipes in the workshop. Flavors include "Milk", which has a rich almond milk taste, and rare Italian"Bronte Pistachio" using pistachios from Bronte, "Amaou" with hibiscus and elderberryA total of 12 types that make use of materials such as Amaou Hibiscus. The original waffle cone for gelato is also gluten-free using rice flour and almond milk. In the future, we plan to add toppings such as “rose powder” and “chocolate crunch” to make the gelato even more enjoyable.

Stylist Michiko Yamawaki directed the pop package design that is perfect for gifts. Currently, it is only sold online, and a directly managed store is scheduled to open in Shin-Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, within the year. We would like you to try TUTTO's healthy yet delicious gelato.
