There are still so many well-known places in Japan that I don’t know about.

I was taken here by a colleague in Sapporo. What is this place? World heritage site standard! A solitary dome shaped building appearing in the snow.

Forced to choose from a fixed menu of stir-fried vegetable and barbecue.

I cant believe how good this tastes. Chicken and vegetables too. Both are excellent.

The whole menu is full of fantastic main dishes and Cola is free from a vending machine inside.

Tableware is made from ‘alumite’ (anodised aluminium).

And this atmosphere …

Coming here is like running into an old friend. I have to travel more often.
