Hong Kong Yaki-Soba

Be sure to do it in Oita. Buy S&B Hong Kong Yakisoba at a local supermarket.
It’s a taste from my childhood. A curiosity now appreciated by those that can. It seems it’s only partly sold in Hokkaido, Tohoku and Oita.
Already flavoured, you heat the noodles in a frying pan of boiling water leaving them to gently simmer. Finally, don’t forgett to add a sprinkle of nori (dried seaweed).
It has a distinctive spicy taste and they’re always good to have ready, for times when you have the sudden urge to eat yaki-soba.
