I do not go to a ramen shop very much, but the story is different here.

Clear soup, delicious. What is this, the presence of pig bone in the shade of delicious soup stock. The thinness of noodles, boiling, the best.
It seems that I will squeeze the squash that was attached along the way. I did not want to change this umami, but if you squeeze it tightly, the sourness will not come out and only the flavor of squash will insist. I might just feel a bit of pork smell in the sliced pork.
