Lately, with 'Doyameshi' introducing interesting shops in Kyoto all the time, about half the year is spent passing through Kyoto.
So, finally came to the unexplored 'Suigetsutei' which I tried do before but failed.
A quick midnight snack. Staying longer is unnecessary.
Here is a steamed pork. And the grilled meat is tenniku beef. These two are excellent.
Another face of Kyoto 's food which is said to be a soup stock culture. The taste of the common people has another charm.
I guess the tenniku is kashira (cheek).
The okonomiyaki restaurant around here also has heavenly meat on the menu. Of course, excellent compatibility with beer. There are shops where yakisoba is very delicious soon, but there is another opportunity there too.
