A quick drink in Kyōbasho.
As much as this shop’s nihonshu is delicous, I’m all about beer.
Cuisine is never flashy but best and most attractive as small dishes to begin with. Delicious. But the smoke when grilling chicken becomes amazing. I would ask that they sorted out their extractor fan though (lol)
So although I noticed it later on, the name of this shop is ‘moto’. Does that mean that the first ‘moto’ isn’t ‘GEM by moto’ (confusing …) If I knew, I’d be more serious about asking for nihonshu. Actually, let’s do it next time.
