The Creation and PR student group ‘S.U.C.C’ has been put together by Mr. Hiroshi Fujiwara, visiting professor at Kyoto Seika University’s School of Popular Culture.
In the summer of 2016, the second part of the flower-themed exhibition ‘FLOWER HUDDLE’ was held at The Mass gallery in Harajuku, attracting much attention while rallying more than 2,000 visitors, and is talked about even now despite being finished.
As the first project of 2017, S.U.C.C will curate an exhibition of collected record sleeves put together by contemporary artists under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Fujiwara.
An exhibition for all to see, it features more than 60 record sleeves worked on by contemporary artists like Richard Prince, Damien Hirst, Banksy, for example.
A catalog that complies all of these sleeves will also be sold during the exhibition.

During the same period, a related exhibition of graduate work from the School of Popular Culture will also be held at the university.
A talk event between Mr. Fujiwara and Mr. Jiro Yamazaki (editor-in-chief, BARFOUT!) will take place from 17:00 to 18:00 at Agora Hall (Yuai-kan, 2nd floor) on February 15th (Wed), the first day of the exhibition.
