Chez Panisse
I visit Chez Panisse (you know already) for the first time in ages.
Reservations began a month ago (with a reconfirmation by phone a few days before the booking!) The menu changes daily (it was prix-fixe before … )
It’s still delicious though. As it should be everything is low-key and unpretentious as well. I realize cuisine tastes this good when done in the right way. And it’s reasonably priced, which makes it difficult to book. I’d go once a week if I could. Bit of a pipe dream though.
