Kaniya

An interview for a certain magazine in Nagasaki.
I went to ‘Kaniya’ after not going for a while, and more details to share it was mentioned when I previously visited this Fukuoka rice ball shop.
Wrapping up, the ‘oden’ and ‘kushiyaki’ with even more to drink are all pretty good.
And of course the ‘shio-saba’ (salt mackerel) is also soaked in Kyūshū’s famous barley miso soup.
