A Sushi restaurant that represents Japan.

The balance of fish and rice is at tremendously high level.

Even the constant flow made with taste and temperature in mind is excellent.

It is also combined with the personality of Saito-san the owner and the restaurant definitely wins top spot by a wide margin.

I imagine it will also continue growing, supporting by a wealth of regular customers.

Reservations are not easy to get, but I want to keep going as long as the shop exists.
