Tsukemen noodles
Tsukemen-daiou in Osaki.
Recently, as my love of Yaki-soba has begun to be recognised, I have now thankfully begun to discover the best places to eat.
My friend from my company has introduced me to a place they know here in Osaki.
Even though Even though the sign reads Tsukemen (Ramen noddles served separately to soup) characters spell out Yaki-soba!
I can’t contain my excitement!

It’s super classic Yaki-Soba.

Noodles are chewy, not at all dry and definitely good.
Personally speaking, I’d prefer a little more Umami seasoning.
Which is slightly disappointing.
I’m looking forward to more hot-tips.
