Basically, the only fundamental model change is the Explorer system. The size of EX1 has been reduced and the model has been changed to 36mm. This is a courageous decision from the current market, and it feels like we have taken the initiative toward the next trend. Is it a return to origin? It can be said that it is a movement to regain the atmosphere that Explorer 1 had at that time, that is, 1016 and 14270.

Speaking of 36mm, it is a model that fits women. By preparing a combination here, I feel that the aim of selling sports models to the women's market can be seen through. This may also be a move ahead of other brands.

 

And there is no big design change of EX2. Many people expected the adoption of a ceramic black bezel, so it seems that there were many disappointments. This is the default route of 42mm.

Since the larger model has EX2, there may be a part where EX1 is 36mm. In a sense, it can be said that Rolex itself has stated that 36 mm is fine for men if it is a simple watch, and if that happens, Oyster Perpetual may become more popular in the future.
