Kumamoto's Seasonal Fruit Flavored Confiture

I am always looking forward to the parfaits that change from season to season, and when I have a parfait event in Rizetta in Tokyo, I go there.

The appearance of parfait, a food that I've been admired since I was a child, is especially important. , Do not disappoint that expectation

Confiture also changes depending on the season, and there are many types.

The picture shows Kumquat and rum raisins (sold out), oranges and strawberries and coriander seeds.

You can fully feel the presence of the large cut citrus, these two are put on ice cream or put on crackers in addition to bread

It seems to go well with meat dishes, so let's try it with pork saute
