As I wondered whether it was a horror novel, I warmed up by reading a little and it was crazy but thought provoking … it was no more than a suggestion but very interesting.
Someone charismatic is not charismatic from birth, and a cult is not a cult from the outset. Someone’s gaze catches the eyes of someone less gifted, and the result is that talent has begun to grow. But the opposite is true too. Don’t stop if you’ve already started running. With something like “charisma” pouring out and lubricating the effect, it’s possible this charisma might be a cult leader. That way of thinking, confirming to anyone without any doubt that it is “a better way, giving meaning to life” is a hotbed promoting the spread of fear—the overly-developed ego of ‘Cult’.
And, it’s not clear who is who with respect to character’s gender. What do women think? Maybe all the men are feminine perhaps?
