Jouto Udon

The Udon shop in the westernmost part of Kagawa.
It was previously thick and chewy noodle but they’ve become softer of late.​ ​
I got one bowl of noodle and as they’re cold they’re served covered with hot dashi soup. Fill cold with dashi soup stock made from clarified dried sardines and tastes great.
