​ ​Many dishes were made using the high-performance toaster. Again, the taste of burnt bread was particularly delicious. Especially croissants. It felt like I was eating straight from the bakery. One dish with eggs and cheese seemed like a re-interpretation of carbonara on toast. We finished by using the toaster with duck.
​ ​Paired with wine it made for a great meal.
