The new project by Pokemon and Hiroshi Fujiwara​ ​``THUNDER BOLT PROJECT BY ◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️ & POKÉMON''​ ​debuts at Hypefest being held on October 6th and 7th in Brooklyn NY. Prior to its launch, Pokémon GO has started offering T-shirts and caps carrying the Thunderbolt Mark for avatars. Inspired by Pikachu, it is a design that is not actually sold, but you can get it for free in the app.
