From Asia’s 50 Best Bars Official Site​ ​

The UK’s William Reed Business Media has announced its top fifty “Best Bars in Asia”. Top of the list is Manhattan in Singapore’s Regent Hotel.​ ​​ ​Second is ‘Indulge Experimental Bistro’ managed by award-winning bartender, Aki Wang, and third is ‘Speak Low’ which began in Shanghai in 2014 by Japanese bartender, Shingo Gokan, actively based in New York.​ ​​ ​

In all, seven bars are ranked, including ‘Gen Yamamoto’ in Azabu-Jūban, the first to be selected from Tokyo,​ ​Ginza's Mixology Salon (Mixology Salon), seven stores including High Five in Ginza, Trench in Ebisu, and Benfiddich in Nishi Shinjuku rank in. Also ’Mixology Salon’ and ‘High Five’ in Ginza, ‘Trench’ in Ebisu, and ‘Bar Benfiddich’ in Nishi-Shinjuku.​ ​Also, outside of Tokyo, ‘The Lamp Bar’ in Nara is ranked 45th, owned by Michito Kaneko who became the world’s best bartender in 2015.
