Although Kobe has a lot of delicious things, it’s surpassingly also the capital of gyōza.
One big characteristic is that in many cases miso is often used for sauce. ‘Akaman’ here represents one such place.
Having to order two portions per person is a little off-putting but it is alright as gyōza are small.
There is no better way to spend better an early summer evening than knocking back beer while nibbling.
