“Yukian” Curry Udon speciality store, Keema Curry Udon
The Keema Curry udonthat appeared on the curry-themed ‘Matsuko-no-Shiranai-Sekai‘ tv programme. It’s said it was somehow supervised from Delhi. I can’t help but eat it.
Delicious. It goes really well with ‘maitake’ mushrooms. Eaten with smooth noddles, you can of course add rice afterwards.
This was the best. And go really well with a garnishing of ‘fukujin’ pickles.
You might try and enjoy separately with udon or something like ‘zaru-udon’ (cold udon noodles) but from now on curry sauce is eaten over rice as Keema Curry.
Delhi’s Kashmir cup noodles were fantastic, and the ‘yaki-soba‘ that appeared afterwards was delicious as well. Delhi is really something.
