“Yukian” Curry Udon speciality store, Keema Curry Udon

The​ ​Keema Curry udonthat appeared on the curry-themed ‘Matsuko-no-Shiranai-Sekai‘ tv programme. It’s said it was somehow supervised from Delhi. I can’t help but eat it.

Delicious. It goes really well with ‘maitake’ mushrooms. Eaten with smooth noddles, you can of course add rice afterwards.​ ​
This was the best. And go really well with a garnishing of ‘fukujin’ pickles.
You might try and enjoy separately with udon or something like ‘zaru-udon’ (cold udon noodles) but from now on curry sauce is eaten over rice as Keema Curry.
Delhi’s Kashmir cup noodles were fantastic, and the ‘yaki-soba‘ that appeared afterwards was delicious as well. Delhi is really something.
