Beyond
The quality of grilled Kansai beef is exceptional. Maybe because it respects the taste rather than the fat. And most of the juice is fruity.
At ‘Tahei’, in Osaka’s Namba district, ‘Harami’ steak is delicious. Loin steak rather than ribs is also a delicious feature of Kansai. Shop-smoked, clothes immediately smell like grilled meat but it’s worth the sacrifice. Reasonably priced, a hand-held bowl of rice is good, and beer is also quick to drink.
