I knew the restaurant, the first-of-it’s-kind, had been in Ebisu for a long time but I never ever went there.
No, maybe I ate peaches there? Either way, I’ve completely forgotten. (lol)
To have the Himalayan hotpot you need to book beforehand.
I go for the course menu on recommendation from the owner. It’s perfectly delicious while beautifully arranged. And beer is Nepalese!
Hotpot is the main dish, starting with a whole chicken broken into pieces.
So delicious. I can’t help eating over and over again with every kind of spice and seasoning.
The next day I actually felt the detoxing effect of these unfamiliar alpine (highland?) vegetables.
This is a flavour I want to eat a few times during winter. Apparently there’s also private room nicknamed the God Room.
