Kichou
A brief introduction to the yakitori restaurant, opening June 13th.
Apparently, as this particular day is a pre-opening, the menu I’m trying is limited. I ask for the basic course with an additional dish of yukke (raw beef)
Na-Camo-Guro‘.
Rare courses are extra but it is fun to include a part that is quite different. Even the way of eating is different. For example, it’s common to eat tsukune with an egg-yoke but here it’s with a kinkan (kumquat).
The final course of ramen again is excellent. The soup goes perfectly with the noodles, Hong Kong in style. I’d love to have this sort of restaurant just in itself (lol). Or, ‘Na-Camo-Guro’ that also has kamo (duck) ramen on the menu. Well, I’ve never had that before but I wonder if it tastes any good … ? Probably. I will ask next time.
I want to come back and try the things I couldn’t eat this time when it’s officially open.
