The tenshindon is large by default (so had a mini-size instead). It was thick with shōyu, and not sweet and sour. This is really good. This is really the only place I ever eat tenshindon.
It may have inherited the same taste, but something is not quite right. But maybe that’s just being sentimental.
Locals were asking for the chāhan more than tenshindon. I bet that’s also good once in a while.
