I think Kimura of ‘Sushi Kimura’ probably shared this with Facebook and it drifted onto my timeline.
‘Isaribi’ is a book including fish, and seems like a periodical that puts forward problems facing the current fishing industry.
There’s no way I could resist subscribing to the first issue ‘monosugoi-saba (awesome mackerel)’ since I have a real weakness for saba and it seems quite interesting. Besides, they usually come in bundles of two but I upped the subscription to six. (laugh)
It looks as if it will be re-distributed again in February, so it may be good to order and keep an eye out for saba.
The fatty parts of this saba taste extraordinary.
