Since a Leica M is a bit over-board when away on business especially when taking photos is not that important, I recently carry this instead.
The Elmarit lens is a little wide, the image quality is sharp, and the shutter sound is quiet, and totally different from standard digital compacts. It’s definitely easier to pull out and shoot with than an Leica M.
The irresistible solid feeling of the design is also like Oscar Barnack’s original Leica.
