Apparently the shop has not had much publicity.
Munch Salad using MSG has become a bit a of a habit.
Salted tongue may be eaten with some additional lemon juice along with sesame oil and salt, and surrounded with sliced garlic.
Harami meat is exquisite. Following the way regular customers eat, a sauce of a raw egg is mixed with daikon-oroshi (grated radish), sukiyaki-style.
The part inside was said to the best part. It is so delicious and as it is the master’s most favourite part as well, it is served separately. This is an absolute must-have.
Last dish is Ojiya (Japanese vegetable rice soup)
If anything , this place acts as a guide as it is always busy.
A well-known place in Myogadani, it was delicious.
