Yakitori Komorita

The peculiarities of Fukuoka's yakitori need not be mentioned here anymore. Like pork roses. But for me born in Fukuoka, this is the default. I was excited about the yakitori that was delivered at a gathering of relatives. Yes, the location of yakitori in the food shop is quite different from that in Tokyo. As Hakata Hanamaru Daikichi often says, it may be a family-less feeling.

My recent favorite in Fukuoka is "Yakitori Komorita". It used to be called "Yakitori Mikuma Daimyo". The store manager, Mr. Komorita, took over that one store of "Mikuma" and restarted it as his own store. Therefore, the satisfaction level may exceed "Mikuma" but never decrease.

"Koma mackerel" is a sweet soy sauce sauce made from raw mackerel as well as the start of the night in Fukuoka. There is also a colander tofu from Karatsu "Kawashima Tofu". Check out the daily recommended menus.

And the classic pork roses, gizzards (gizzards), and other scrolls unique to Fukuoka. It's rude to say that it's a family restaurant, but it's also attractive that you don't have to worry even with your family. Shochu is also very cheap.
