Ueda is also known for its fried noodles.
There are several ankake yakisoba in the city. I went to “Fukusho-tei”, one of them that inherited its roots.
The interior looks like a stylish Chinese restaurant. I've recently moved.
First, a small dish is served to mix chopsticks, vinegar and mustard.
Yakisoba arrives while waiting with a beer. It's crispy enough to think of fried noodles. Mochi gets moist on it. Certainly spicy and vinegar go well.
Nagano is an interesting collection of Kosuge, each with its own unique culture. Let's study more.
