A bran floor was on sale from MUJI!
I like carrot bran pickles. I've always thought that I could eat it when I like it, but it's awkward to manage the floor.
This is a type that can be pickled in the refrigerator and does not need to be stirred every day. Easy and best.
And I tried it immediately.
Certainly it can be easily pickled in bran. But it might be a little taste. I tried adding kombu dolphin kelp and hawk claws.
