Everyone who uses 'Oishinbo' as a bible wishes they could eat a Rosanjin meal.
I got that opportunity this time.
It was made by Nishi of ‘Kyōaji’ with Oishinbo, but this ‘Ajihiro’ is independent from Kyōaji and allowed to used one character from the shop name.
Everything is clear. Portions are just right. The feeling of soup stock is different from Kyoto taste. I wonder if they’re really using a low-grade eggplant as an appetizer?
I have another portion of Rosanjin rice. Even on its own it’s extraordinary, but goes extremely well with Narazuke pickles …
