Train Mission

When I met up with HF a few days ago, he told me “the films you want to see have been released”.
‘Red Sparrow’, ‘The Post’, and ‘Train Mission’ … ‘Train Mission’?
To tell the truth, this one passed me by.
So I went to see it straight away, and as you’d expect, a film that stars Liam Neeson is relentless.
The production side understands how to handle the performer probably because this isn’t expected to be that deep, but the films he comes out with can be really meaningful and just as satisfying.
But, as is often said, what happened to the film title in Japanese? Putting it’s meaning into the original title ‘The Commuter’ ruins it.
How it unfolds toward the end is good, but I doubt you’d find it as much fun as ‘Taken’. Especially that sequel.
