aca 1° in Kyoto is a restaurant I’ve wanted to go to for a long time.
It was more delicious than I imagined. There’s a purity to everything. Even though a Spanish restaurant, it’s also French and Japanese; a mix of both contemporary and traditional.
The Paella that comes out at the end seems a big favorite, but I will never forget the soup with mozuku (seaweed). The steak tartare and ayu (sweetfish) were also fantastic. The servings were perfect as well.
If it were possible I would love to go regularly, but naturally reservations seem difficult to come by.
