Why I watched this I do not know, but it was quite good.
It certainly feels like what happened back then made the news, but seeing it now it looks terrible (lol).
I only saw Gō Ayano mid-way through ’Shinjuku Swan’. Although he’s maybe not that experienced he’s probably someone who seeks out different roles.
There was something special about him even in ‘Ikari’ (Anger)
Perhaps interest in him as a performer has welled-up again, in a good way that is.
