This is also yadokari. Even though Sri Lankan, all contain the latest trend of Osaka curry using Japanese dashi soup stock.
The Japanese style soup stock curry feels like it tastes better a little hotter. The dashi soup feels understated this way. So the balance of this here is perfect. Bean curry is the best when its actually mixed together properly. Yep, this is clever. It goes well with the fresh tomyo.
It’s also hard to discount the power of the Rodda group the heart of the mixed curry movement, but this taste is good.
